"The Law is for Protection of the People", 2009 by Nick Davis. In this piece Davis is interested in the idea of intolerance and the way laws are used to enforce intolerance, connecting to the incident which inspired "The PDA Show".

Steven Sewell's image from a series on survellance cameras of corporations and businessses that hire a large percentage of the populations of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Chapel Hill, North Carolina, his last two homes. Sewell states: "I think the general idea of surveilling is pertinent to the Salt Lake city (kissing) incident, as well as an appropriate analogy of the suspicion that people in different levels of power structures and cultural situations feel toward each other.
